Marion Sirefman's acrylic paintings, collage items (including a decorative birdhouse and a box), as well as some matted watercolors are available for purchase at Just One More, a gallery located at 203 Harrison St., Oak Park, IL.

Congratulations to Diana Nawrocki who won third place at the Alliance of Fine Art "Best of the Best" show.
Diana received the award on May 18th at the Peabody Estate in Oak Brook.

WSAG awarded grant money to the Elmwood Park High School art department at the request of member Katie Mussio.

The money went toward the the purcahse of a potter's wheel. Katie provided the following photos that show the students enjoying their new work environment.

Maureen McKee started off the 2008 art fair season with several awards. She was the recipient of the" Best Painting" award at the St. Charles Fine Art Show on Memorial Day Weekend and received an Award of Excellence at the Deerfield Fine Arts Fair.

Other awards Maureen has won recently:

• 2nd place in the "Paint DuPage" exhibition with her oil pastel, "Prairie Path Peddler"
