About WSAG The West Suburban Artists Guild promotes art appreciation, knowledge, and encouragement of all forms of visual creativity. Chartered in 1928, the West Suburban Artists Guild is a group of Artists and Patrons dedicated to furthering art appreciation in Chicago’s western suburbs. Our Programs Guests and new members are always welcome to our informative and entertaining programs. Programs and events for the 2009-2010 year are activity oriented—making scarves, sumi brush painting, SOFA show excursion, etc. For program and location details, see Programs. New Members Welcome Artists and others who value and enjoy art are welcome to join the West Suburban Artists Guild. As a member, you are informed of opportunities to exhibit your work in the Members Tent at the Art in the Park Fair as well as in the Gallery area of our web site.
